Updates

Hey everyone, this is Geoff of the VGP. Just came to let y'all know I updated the episode section so it now links to the list of episodes as opposed to Google as well as updated the Highlight Reel with the newest episodes. We will hopefully have the stream up for games/podcast recording (this time for real). We finally figured out  how to make the equipment work so expect some games later maybe this coming week. Hope you enjoy the podcast and forums :)

Getting Started August 16

We are now able to record video via a dvd recorder, and audio via audacity. ^_^

Recently I've been trying to see how to stream video, when we get a device that will allow us to plug the Gaming System into the computer, hopefully this would work. 8)

I've gotten two video's posted onto youtube, nothing is really great or big but we would have move when we finally get a introduction to place at the begging and possibly end of each video.

The Technical Update

Hey everyone, lately the site or any news for VGPastCast hasn't been up in awhile. We are making a come back now no worries. Sherman has found a way to record video games in good quality with some sort of setup that I don't understand. It's pretty cool though and it works, so congrats for him. Geoff also found a way that day to use the set up for a ustream. The problem is we need some fancy cords to do it, which cost around $50 dollars I think.

July 17th

Hey everyone, due to a lot of summer related activities, nothing has happen much with VGPastCast. Just wait though, major changes are coming.

An Update

Hey everyone, this is Craig from VGPastCast. Sorry for not updating the site; I've been up in Canada hanging with family a lot. Geoff and Shrew recorded a podcast, which you can find here, you can also find the Official Facebook Group here. This whole Podcast Series has been well, a major work in progress. I know things haven't really kicked off yet. I've been up in Canada, so work kinda halted from there. We are not dead though and soon by the end of June everything will be good. Me, Geoff, and Shrew plan to do one or several E3 Specials, so that's something to look forward to. There will be a lot more to come when I get back from Canada in about a week. That's about all I've got to say, check back soon or join our newsletter to say informed.

Canada + Episode 1 + Episode 2

Well hey, tomorrow I leave for Canada! I'm going up there to visit some family of mine for about 17 days. It's pretty exciting and I'll take pictures while up there. While I'm gone, -gulp- Geoff and Shrew are going to be working on the main site and recording the 2nd podcast. I won't be on this episode, although Geoff somehow is going to channel me in via text messages. I will be able to use the internet to check up on things, but probably not very much and late at night. So yeah, expect a podcast up June 10th I think it is.

June 3rd, 2010 - Site Fixed

(Originally, the title was June 3rd - Site Crash, but Geoff constantly said the site was broken, because of the title, so now the site is fixed, ok?)

Today I signed on to Yahoo and started talking to Eagletalon (Geoff). He said that the main site crashed, and it did. For some reason, the template I wasn't working properly. The navigation bar was missing buttons and the link for Facebook was non existent. So long story short, I spent about an hour getting a similar new template up, while Geoff repetitively told me the site was broken every few minutes. The site is now fixed and hopefully there won't be any more problems.

May 31th, 2010

The site is about 90% finished. I'll add more info when I've finished the site, also the first podcast will be June 1st, 2010.

May 30th, 2010

Welcome to the site of VGPastCast! I've been working a long time today and I finally think it's up and running. There are some major bugs I need fix, such as the Read More tab. Until I fix this, the site will have to do. You can find links to listen to the podcast, and a link to the forums. This site is only temporary until I have enough money to purchase a .com site. I will be updating this site regularly, so check back sometime tomorrow.
